Yoga therapy applies all facets of yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation, subtle energy, etc.) to help unlock our true potential when we have faced setbacks on our path.
Thai Massage Therapy
Thai massage is an ancient form of body work that uses a series of focused compressions, yoga poses and assisted stretching to return our system to balance. Please visit the Thai Massage Therapy page for more information.
Holistic Wellness Guidance
Sometimes we are looking to make some changes in our lives but find the task daunting. Whether is it energy balancing, beginning meditation, changing dietary choices that no longer serve us, or starting on a yoga journey, Holistic Wellness sessions can help make the transition simpler, fun, and successful.

Humble Monkey Wellness® hopes that your 2023 has started out well! We are constantly reminded that the only thing constant in this Universe is change; some changes may be harder to acclimate to but persevere and a fresh beginning is waiting to be had.
3/18 - Ayurveda discussion with John (120 mins, $20).
Come join us as we discuss the health practice of Ayurveda, a system that encourages a personal balance with the five great elements of the Universe (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) that comprise our being. We'll be talking about foods, their tastes, seasonal eating, and how to consider making Ayurvedic foods. John's been dipping his toe in the kitchen, looking over this excellent entry into Ayurvedic and seasonal cooking by Kate O'Donnell. He will be bringing at least one Winter appropriate food to sample. If you'd like to find out your personal Dosha arrangement before coming, you can take this quick quiz.
After our discussion, John is going to Ravi Raj Indian market in Norwich and you are welcome to join him. Living an Ayurvedic way is a journey of increments...we take baby steps. But this market is a great place to find quantities of beans and lentils, not to mention spices. If you and your friends want to bring some old peanut butter jars, you could share items and add some new spice into your kitchen.
Thank you for visiting our site and have a fantastic day! Namaste!
