Yoga Therapy
Restorative TherapyWhen there has been an injury that needs rehabilitation, the tissues need to release the tension and relax fully before they can be strengthened. Too often we go right to strengthening the areas around injury before they have released and healed. Our bodies need permission to release the constant stress we find ourselves under. Restorative yoga sessions provide an opportunity to let all aspects of our being relax and are a very important healing modality.

While their energy cannot be measured at this point in time, our vessels are energy fields and the some of the major loci correspond to these centers. Knowing the characteristics of the chakras, the qualities and systems associated with them, and understanding the tools that improve our awareness and ability to balance them can help center us.
