Humble Monkey Wellness® welcomes you to another Autumn season with all the changes and renewal that comes with it! Our Saturday offerings are back and this month's are listed below:
Patanjali Spotlight: This month's Yama reflection is on the last Yama, aparigraha, or non-hoarding. So this yama again asks us to think about our relationship with excess, only from the standpoint of having more than we need. Reflecting on all those things that we consume and engage with to see if we have enough or whether we spill over into excess. Look around and evaluate our relationship with our "stuff.” Is that abundance creating blockages in our lives, weighing us down, and stopping the free flow of energy? This is not saying that we need to live a Spartan life, but the things we surround ourselves with should have a purpose and utility otherwise they are impeding our interaction with the Universal energy in an effective manner.
